How to pay:
When you order from our website, your payment details are taken by our secure payment gateway provider 'Sagepay' and processed in a matter of seconds. Your full payment is required with the order. If you wish to order by email, please email us at sales@ladspants.com with your telephone number so we can call you for your credit or debit card details (for your safety, please do not email your payment details to us).
Credit and debit cards:
We accept all the following cards: Access, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Delta , Electron & all debit cards. (Please note: we do not accept cheques).
Dispatch of goods:
We try to dispatch every order the very same day for next day delivery, but during busy times this may be longer, so please allow three working days for delivery. If you have not received your goods by then, please contact us on sales@ladspants.com
Returns:
All goods are inspected at the time of packing to ensure quality control & customer satisfaction. Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of their receipt. Our full terms and conditions are listed by clicking the link above entitled 'Terms & Conditions'
We make customers fully aware of the differences in our brand's sizing.
As we locate our garments from all over the world, you must read and choose the appropriate size per individual brand.
We do not accept returns when the incorrect size of garment has been selected without you paying a re-stocking fee.
Also, a second delivery charge for returning the items, may be incurred.
Refund policy:
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know by calling 01273 900 868, within seven days of receipt of your goods.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened products.
If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and be sent to: Ladspants.com, 1a Ravenswood Drive, Brighton, BN2 6WL.
Online gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Distance Selling Regulations:
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered.
Plus the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund the entire standard delivery charge
